Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Maintain an efficient and organized filing system for both physical and digital documents into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems like DMCC portal, online management of utility bills, making sure to verify and cross-reference information to ensure data integrity.
• Handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy related to Dropbox optimization and filing.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as recording expenses and receipts, reconcile financial records, resolve discrepancies, and generate basic financial reports as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service such as answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support various administrative functions such as coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Admin Staff
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Qualifications:
• Female, 28 to 38 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience within an international environment
• Must have hands-on experience in handling corporate platforms for government processes, that is, DMCC portal, utility bills, etc.
• Background in Logistics shipping is a huge advantage
