JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Marketing professional. This role will involve handling administrative tasks while also actively participating in marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and marketing materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities
- Provide support to the sales team by creating sales collateral and maintaining customer databases

REQUIREMENTS

- College Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Proven experience as marketing executive
- Proficient in using MS Office and Excel and computer related
- Excellent communication skills and people skills
- Capable of attending and managing phone calls
- Comfortable handling kids
- Efficient and well-organized
- Friendly and polite
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
