Description

As a Client Services Professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the client experience by providing unparalleled support and assistance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing client onboarding process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and documentation requirements
* Conducting thorough KYC checks to verify client identities, assess risk levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and preferences
* Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
* Collaborating with internal teams to address client requests and concerns
* Providing product information, performance updates, and account assistance
* Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent in Arabic (GCC dialect)
* Based in the UAE
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
* Prior experience in client services (1-3 years) within the financial services industry preferred
* Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
