Position Title: Customer Service Associate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A well-established group based in Abu Dhabi that leads the trading of organic livestock and farm produce.

Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers within demographic target area to offer products and upsell any seasonal offerings.
• Take online orders and process for deliveries to ensure timely arrival to customer’s location.
• Work on the database of customers for telemarketing in order to meet the monthly target sales quota.
• Work with Sales team and Van drivers for a timely delivery

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 22 to 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing
