Position Title: Customer Service cum Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An established supplier of batteries for automotive and other energy solutions.

Job Description:
• Coordinate with Sales Managers by providing the quotations, supporting with any required documentation, and ensuring they will have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handle orders by phone and email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time and resolve any issues, as necessary.
• Collaborating with other departments (finance, overseas CS, logistics, forwarder, etc.) to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, and perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to South African, Syrian, Jordanian, Turkish, Russian, and other CIS nationalities
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles within the GCC region
