We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
