JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
- Flexible availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Bilingual candidates are preferred (Russian, Arabic, Chinese).
Salary:
AED
5000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
