The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to ensure an exceptional travel experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements, & accordingly provide them best packages.
• Recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Create customized travel itineraries and packages tailored to individual client requirements.
• Provide accurate information on travel options, including pricing, availability, and booking procedures.
• Handle booking reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated to clients.
• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, changes, and cancellations, providing prompt and courteous customer service at all times.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
