Position Title: Logistic Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948.

Job Description:
• Receive and check sales order from sales department and comparing with the actual order from the customer.
• Prepare packing list and OCA for the new job order before issuing to production (palletizing, item code, road code & customer code).
• Check approved stickers from production.
• Check stock report and shipping schedule from production and FG store.
• Check Sea Shipments: (getting quotations, negotiate, finalizing the price, getting the vessels schedules, applying for Dangerous goods approvals)

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and beow
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or other related course
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Logistics Coordinator/Assistant preferably from chemical manufacturing industry
• Experience in coding, quotations, invoicing is preferred
