JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various real estate projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies to generate leads and increase online presence.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase properties and engage with potential clients.
• Maintain and update the company website and property listings across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent brand messaging and to manage media inquiries and opportunities.
• Assist in the creation and management of advertising campaigns, both offline (e.g., print, billboards) and online.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through various channels to build brand loyalty and gather feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
