JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Manage Sea and Air freight Operations
• Coordinate with the customers and agents
• Coordinate with Vendors
• Taking care of export| Import procedures for all Sea and Airfreight business
• Updates in GMES.
• Calculating Rates and Providing Quotes to Customers.
• Opening/Closing Tasks in the ERP System.
• Accurate Cost Entry in ERP.
• Precise Maintenance of Handled Task Information in the ERP System.
• Providing Instructions for Invoicing.
• Arranging Document Collection from Customers and Airlines.
• Managing Customs Clearance and Formalities.
• Coordinating with Direct Customers, WCA, and Other Agents for Operations and Pricing.
• Developing Metrics to Evaluate Air Freight Operations Efficiency.
• Quality Assurance Control for Air Freight Operations.
• Offering Feedback to Management on Improvement Areas.
• Generating Reports as Required by Senior Management.
• Performing Other Tasks Assigned by Senior Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• The Similar work experience from 5 years;
• Higher education;
• Sea and Air freight knowledge and able to use GLK software, coordination with customer and agents;
• Knowledge of languages: English, Hindi,
• Attentiveness, communication, ability to work both individually and in a team, good organizational skills.
