JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Handles the day-to-day errands and activities.
• Manages the daily activities of their employer.
• Provides assistance to employer so that they can fulfil their daily business or responsibilities.
• Performs secretarial work and provides senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
• Makes travel plans, organizes appointments, manages letters, and answers phone calls.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Driving license
• Ready to live In
• Trustworthiness and discretion
• Communication skills, both oral and written
• Interpersonal skills and tact
• Organization and time management skills
• Multitasking and flexibility
