Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join a contractor based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out projects and be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various fit out projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee fit out projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, and address any issues or concerns that may arise

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in fit out projects within the UAE, preferably in Dubai
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
