We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to promote our products and services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales deals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales and marketing staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
