JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining Dealer/Distributor Relationship (Direct and Indirect) across GCC with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue of Haier Products.

Sales & Marketing:
• Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market
• share metrics. Setting and ensuring the achievement of sales targets to ensure profitable operations.

Strategy Planning:
• Conceptualizing and implementing effective strategies with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom-line profitability.
• Devising yearly budgets and monthly targets to ensure profitable operations.

Distribution Network:
• Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in market and coordinating with dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product.
• Ensuring stocks and outstanding stocks are in adherence to the defined norms of the company. Maintaining and improving the quality aspect of the distribution in the market.
• Preparing incentive plans and other schemes for distributor / dealers for business development.

Key Account Management:
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
• Interacting with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating
relations with them for securing repeat business.
• Contracting and negotiating contractual terms with existing and potential customers.

Brand Management:
• Assessing the current market scenario and in accordance implementing sales promotional activities & product launches for brand building & market development.
• Negotiating and preparing price assessment for sales, price formula & analysis and market analysis for product marketing.

Commercial Operations:
• Coordinating with Product Managers and Supply Chain for placing orders, stock position and regular supply of material.
• Liaising with the accounts department for L/C negotiations, rebate settlements and reconciling of outstanding payments and accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Home Appliances/ Consumer Electronics preferable in GCC.
• Should have advanced proficiency in MS office.
• Ability to cross sell and increase the wallet share of Haier business.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
