JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A Dubai based distribution company is looking for an experienced sales & shipping admin professional to join the team
Duties will include:
• Ensuring documentation and all paperwork is accurate
• Handling Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates etc.
• Dealing with Letters of Credit
• Coordinating the related financial transactions between clients and banks
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative
• A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges and learn new things
• Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics Navision system would be seen as an advantage.
• First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
