The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
