JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Prepare Media Proposals for all the Media Owners represented by Intermedia on PowerPoint.
• Perform all administrative tasks related to the office daily and monthly.
• Provide high-quality executive assistance as well as Marketing and administrative support to the Managing Director
• Coordinate and maintain the diary of the Managing Director, including organizing all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Coordinate and provide comprehensive support to the Media owner's Intermedia represent
• Prepare travel/meeting itineraries
• Drafting communication and correspondence
• Keep a record of client details that are useful to the company.
• Set up/keep sophisticated filing systems in an organized manner for easy retrieval and keeping a record of all the forms.
• Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to answering telephone calls, setting up conference calls on Teams/Zoom, printing, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the media/advertising (preferred)
• Advanced levels in all Microsoft applications
• Be flexible, energetic, and able to work within a multi-cultural team environment.
• Good time management & analytical skills.
• Capable of working and functioning independently.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and accomplish assigned tasks with zeal and professionalism.
• Display a strong sense of understanding and be willing to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses a good organizational skill, fast learner, hard-working, and committed to doing a job well.
• Willingness and ability to perform a variety of tasks and assignments.
• Strong customer service skills
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience.
• Experience in Media is an added advantage.
