Senior Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Duties:
• Compilation of sub contract orders.
• Dealing with Commercial administration matters.
• Producing monthly reports.
• Performing Monthly reporting of turnover/profits/forecasting.
• Investigating and reporting any inconsistencies.
• Annual budgeting.
• Preparing financial reports, charts, tables.
• Analyzing the consistency of formats and reporting accuracy across divisions and suggesting better ways to adopt more accuracy in data.
• Assisting and equipping with adequate documentation and reports for external and internal audits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years QS experience, ideally with Main Contractors/International Companies.
• Head Office exposure and a track record dealing with Senior Management effectively.
• Confident and strong personality.
• Good English communication/writing skills.
• Degree Educated ideally with a professional qualification such as MRICS
