JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Fashion Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers and helps them find the perfect outfit or accessory. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers as they enter our store
• Identify clients’ needs and persuade them to purchase
• Offer personalized styling tips
• Pick and recommendations from different categories that complement clients’ outfits
• Provide different brand details, including USP, story of the brand and why it is in Ether
• Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks and bundle them with the different offering in the store to increase the Sale.
• Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• Sales/Customer Service experience in Retail /Hospitality / Aviation
• Fast learning ability & Story telling
• High level of Interpersonal skills with Charisma
• Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions and body types
• Up-to-date with all fashion trends in outfits, shoes, accessories and makeup
• Friendly, outgoing, and loves working with people
• Passionate about fashion and eager to share their knowledge with others
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Customer-focused and committed to providing exceptional service
• A fresh graduate or new to UAE and looking for a career in Retail?
• Multi-lingual with great customer service experience!
