International Business Manager - FMCG - UAE

The organisation has been exporting British groceries to customers since 1970. They are seeing great success in the Middle East and are therefore looking to expand the commercial team.

The candidate will be there to manage, control and be accountable for the established/ new business within the Middle East.

You're main responsibilities as International Business Manager will be but not limited to:
- Plan and develop strategies for new business and existing customers across the Middle East
- Handle all channels - MT/ TT & Foodservice
- Represent the organisation at trade events
- Handle the P&L for the region ensuring all agreed budgets are being met
- Monitor performance of all accounts to ensure they are tracking against targets
- Develop relationships with bodies to assist in market development (Embassy & Chamber of Commerce)
- Manage the forecasting for customers and markets

Requirements

- Degree Educated
- Minimum of 7 - 12 years of experience within FMCG
- Knowledge of import / export regs in the areas would be an advantage
- Must have Middle East experience
- Experience of handling P&L
- The role has a lot of Autonomy, the candidate will need to be self driven
- Bi- Lingual (English is a must)
