We start this course with tips for connecting with your co-workers, how to talk with them and how to socialize with them outside of work (and what not to do!). Many people have difficulty dealing with obnoxious or aggressive co-workers, and you'll learn how to be assertive with these co-workers. Now, there are some workplaces that will punish you for being assertive, so I teach you when to be assertive and even whether to be assertive.

If you work in an environment that is high-powered, demanding and requires excellence from its employees, it can be somewhat intimidating to deal with management. This section gives you many suggestions on how to interact with management in a confident manner.

Have you ever been faced with a difficult boss or been mistreated by a boss? This is one of the more challenging situations to handle at work. There are ways to deal effectively with such a boss, and you'll learn what to do and when.
