Job description / Role
Main responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but will not necessarily be limited to:
• Prepare meal for International Staff
• Budgeting and requisition of food and other supplies needed.
• Supervising and monitoring the work load of Kitchen staff and sets their priorities, ensuring productivity of daily tasks
• Oversee accommodation facilities within the site
If you are our ideal candidate you may come with a proven track record of:
• More than 3 years experience in Intercontinental cuisine
Requirements
• Flexibility with regards to travelling and relocation between various work sites within Afghanistan operation
• Able to integrate and operate within a multi-cultural environment
• Creative on preparing menus if with limited resources
