Physician with emergency room/trauma training
The On-site, the Medical Officer (MO) manages medical function. The MO plans and implements the medical support program (preventive and corrective) to maintain the health of personal protective, static guard, emergency response team and support personnel. In addition, the MO plans and implements a program for the treatment of minor injuries suffered during security operations and the stabilization and preparation for transport of injured personnel with sickness that warrants transfer to a higher level facility. The MO will also evaluate the medical support being provided to the contractor personnel.

SCOPE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed an approved Medical School and trained/certified to current U.S. – recognized standards and appropriate medical licensure
The ability to speak and write English with proficiency, will be required to pass a Level 3 English proficiency test
Must have eight (8) years experience as an attending physician, with a majority of the experience being within an emergency room and/or in direct support of military operation
Must have and maintain current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Must be 21 years of age
Must be in good physical condition with no health deficiencies, either temporary or long-lasting and the ability to successfully clear a stringent medical examination that includes immunizations
Have experience/knowledge in current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines and/or training will be provided
Must have, or be able to obtain a valid, current local (in country where detail is to perform) or international driver’s license
Must have a current passport from country of origin
