Job Description

Role:

- Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff.
- Coordinates the delivery of spa services, fitness and wellness, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas.
- Directs and works with the management team and employees to successfully execute all spa operations.
- Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
- Provide spa tours, when needed.
- Handle special assignments.
- Coordinate sales activities when needed.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Assist in the administration and implementation of Staff training in all aspects of the Spa's operations

Requirements

- Act as a liaison between spa and internal and external contacts.
- Effective scheduling of the Spa & Recreation team.
- Monitor and effectively control reception and recreation.
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the administration of the spa facility.
- Conduct selection interviews for new hires as and when required.
- Maintain the reception in peak condition at all times.
- Seek the spa's ability to maximize revenues by analyzing the day to day bookings, future bookings and coordinating schedules and services with the receptionists
