Job description / Role
As our Chef specializing in Italian cuisine, you will bring creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of authentic Italian flavors to our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience crafting exquisite Italian dishes, with a commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a diverse menu of authentic Italian dishes
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment
• Source and select high-quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Innovate and contribute to menu development, keeping in mind current culinary trends
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes and presentation standards
• Adhere to cost control measures while maintaining excellence in culinary offerings
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Italian cuisine
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications
• Strong knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume kitchen with a focus on quality
• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a culinary team
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
