MEP Project Manager

Job description / Role

A well-established International Main Contractor with operations across the Middle East & Europe are currently looking for a MEP Project Manager to oversee a large building project in Baku, Azerbaijan.

You being the successful MEP Project Manager will be overseeing all MEP on site activities as well as managing quality control, procurement, sub-contractors, design management and working closely with the sub contractors and consultants in delivering the project on time and up to a high standard.

Requirements

• Over 15 years experience within construction delivery with mixed experience working for subcontractors as well as main contractors
• Electrical or mechanical background
• Large project experience including hotels, high rise, commercial and residential, shopping malls etc.
• Commercially astute
• Ideally degree qualified
