Accounts Assistant - Bahraini National

Job description / Role

We are working with a PR company based in Bahrain. This is a new role, which has been created to deal with growth. You will work as part of a small, friendly team of Bahraini nationals.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and would have studied in the US or UK. This role has frequent liaison with the offices in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Posting Supplier invoices & project coding
• Client fee and expense invoice posting
• Aged debtors reporting
• Suppliers queries and handling
• Payables sheet/bank details/ payments
• VAT Preparation (Dubai & KSA) for review by Finance Manager
• Expenses review and Posting (Dubai & KSA)
• Bank reconciliation
• Intercompany reconciliations

Salary:
BHD 600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bahraini nationals only
• Excellent level of written / spoken English
• 2-3 years experience in a finance department
• Confident, friendly personality
