Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading consultancy firm who is looking to hire an Associate Director to join the strategy and operations - management consultancy division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation where you will work closely with senior executives of the organisation building client relationships with both existing clientele as well as developing new business opportunities in turn further strengthening their position in the market. Working with C-Level Executives you will help clients identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues. Accountabilities include but are not limited to; lead, design and finalize all client deliverables; scoping and fee negotiation on engagements; motivate, coach and develop project team members.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have solid leadership and people skills, a confident approach having worked at C-Level and a proven track record of leading complex and international projects. Excellent communication and analytical skills, solid experience in the financial services sector and relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm, either Big4 or reputable consulting house is a must.
