Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
- Manage multiple projects at any one time
- Document changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop & deliver regular reporting to management, escalating items as needed
- Support the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Managing the configuration of documents for operational setup and train clients appropriately.
- Working with Project Managers, Business Analysts and other areas involved in the delivery of the services to establish time estimates for implementation.
- Tracking tasks accomplished, time spent and milestones completed using industry standard methodologies and best practice.
- Assisting with identification of risks, and with development of mitigation or avoidance plans through effective management of the risks and Issues register.
- Assist in the definition and documentation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Supporting wider TAKAUD business intitiatives as required by management from time to time.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of the TAKAUD business concepts and products
- Strong knowledge of project risk management
- Excellent organizational/project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proven business integration skills
- Proven analytical skills
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
- Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Able to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
- Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
