Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Director of Sales who will formulate, develop and implement Sales strategies and activities for 2 Hotels. He or she will also ensure that relevant sales strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved.
Develops and implement strategic sales and forecasts to achieve budgeted revenues and other key performance indicators for both Hotels. Promote a positive image of the two hotels in all forms and contract . Develop and manage the sales budget and expenses. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market & competitive condition.

Minimum of 5 Years in Sales senior leadership role, preferably in Economy /midscale brands.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated leader ,passionate and excellent communicator,able to multi task and think quickly under pressure. People management skills,iterpersonal skills,analytical skills,problem solving skills and proficiency in office applications and hotel systems are also key pre-requisites.
