Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the role:
Provide technical and commercial support for the implementation of the sales policies approved, reporting information and resolving incidents, while engaging in direct contact with customers, under the supervision of the Head of the Sales Department, to promote the sale of the company’s products.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Support, following the instructions of the head of the sales department, the launch of new products and campaigns, as well as keep track of them, seeking to boost sales.
• Resolve any incidents and problems that may arise in the Network’s branches, to ensure a correct technical resolution thereof.
• Inform and deliver technical and commercial knowledge about the products in the Sales Network, as well as on the contracting process, thus ensuring a correct dissemination of the company’s sales policies.
• Engage in direct contact with customers, as previously planned and agreed with the head of the department, to boost the sale of products.
• Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.
• To undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be requested from the Commercial & Marketing Director.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration (not essential but an advantage)
• Personable, presentable and articulate.
• High attention to details
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must with strong communication skill
