Commercial Manager seeking a new challenge?

Commercial Manager based on a newly awarded project in Manama – Bahrain

• This organization has over 50 Years successful trading
• International Contractors tend to want to partner with them due to the skills and expertise in Bahrain
• Multi-Disciplinary offering solution in Joinery , Interiors , Build , MEP , Civil Engineering & Marine
• Often approached by International Main Contractor to Joint Venture on Iconic Projects

Duties:

• Establish relationships with all Project Stakeholders, leading Client Relationships in conjunction with the Project Director.
• Contract Administration – devise and implement the contract administration strategy on the Project including all contractual letter writing.
• Measurement and valuation.
• Change Management – managing the process of identification, notification, record keeping, submission of interim particulars and final variations/claims to include pricing and contractual narratives. Negotiating and agreeing variations/claims with the Client.
• Value Engineering – maximizing value engineering opportunities on the Project.
• Cost, Revenue and Cash Flow Forecasting and Control.
• Do you have the people skills to manage a small team? Can you keep claim under pressure and think on your feet when needed

Salary:
BHD 3,850 to 4,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Car , Fuel , Medical & Flights

Requirements

Requirements

• 5 Years Commercial Project Lead Experience
• Minimum 10 years Contracting experience within Build & Civil Engineering Projects
• Degree educated ideally
• Middle East exposure for a Main Contractor desired
