Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities from the initial planning stages to project completion. The Construction Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

- Oversee and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
- Develop and implement construction schedules and ensure that all projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that design and construction details are aligned
- Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated budget
- Hire, train, and supervise construction staff and subcontractors, and ensure that they adhere to project plans and specifications
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, issues, and potential risks
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact the progress or completion of construction projects
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities


- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, techniques, and best practices
- Strong understanding of construction specifications, building codes, and regulations in Bahrain
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools for project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
