Our client is multi-award winning customer experience solutions. They are currently looking to recruit a for a proven record Customer Experience Manager

Your role:

• Undertake, organize, plan, and monitor the company’s customer experience department
• Lead the team to ensure optimized interaction between a company and its clients.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• BSc. or Master Degree in business administration, management studies, or in a related discipline degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and skills in customer engagement / customer satisfaction or customer service.
• Certified in any customer experience qualification
• Ability to work in a team, and ensure projects and tasks are completed in required time frame.
• Ability to manage priorities and goals of the area, keeping in mind the business objectives.
• Excellent customer support skills
• Computer Literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office, Visio and office management software)
• Customer’s Mindset
• Strategic Planning
• Entrepreneurial Thinking
• Passion for Excellence
• Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic & English.
