Employment: Full Time

We have been retained by a highly innovative, progressive company, based in Bahrain to source a Distribution and Sales Manager for their new light industrial products division.

Do you want to get in on ground level of an exciting new venture?

Duties and responsibilities
• You will be working for the Trading arm for 'light industrial' products, reporting to the Commercial Director.
• You will involved in setting up agency network and sales and distribution functions.
• Building a portfolio of products in the 'light industrial' space.
• Establishing a team.

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• You must must understand selling process and distribution systems for these types of products.
• You will also understand different customs clearance systems in each country; import duties etc..
• You will have a positive, "go getter" attitude.
• Experience of dealing with highly innovative product ranges in reputable international companies.
• You will know how to establish and build a team.
• You will know how to best sell and distribute industrial products.
