Job description / Role
• Be a competent to control all project related documents from client as well as internal.
• Good knowledge in computer applications, as well as easy piping system/wrench
• Arrangement of weekly meetings, Preparation of MOM for the internal as well as external meetings.
• Arrangement of all site related requirements such as transportation, materials.
• Coordinate with HR department to prepare the site personal project entry badges
• Distribution of documents received from Clients to project team.
• Arrangement of project materials through material department.
• Support HSE team for their arrangement of safety related materials, circulation of internal, external memos, notices from client to project team.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
• Graduate with 6+ years of experience with similar kind of experience.
• Aware about various client software.
• An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
• Top-class typing and report writing skills.
• Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
• Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
• Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.
• Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
