Job description / Role
We are seeking a Driver, Messenger to provide assistance to the Partners, Fee Earners and Staff in our Bahrain office. The role will report directly into the Office Manager, Legal PA - Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
• Responsibility for delivery and collection of Firm related documentation.
• Pick up/drop off services for Partners, Associates and Clients.
• All other driving related and administrative tasks that support the day to day operations of the business.
• Assist with moving and lifting of boxes and any items which are delivered to the office, so that they are stored appropriately.
OMR 500 to 600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Key Requirements, Skills and Attributes:
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
• Professional approach and friendly manner.
• Flexible attitude and willing to work outside normal working hours if required.
• Works efficiently and can plan and prioritise tasks.
• Confident liaising with all levels of seniority and able to work in a diverse team.
• Should have a working experience as a driver in the same field or related for a period of 2 to 5 years.
• Clean, valid Bahrain driving license.
• Good spoken English as well as fluency in Arabic preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Bahrain roads and major landmarks/buildings.
