Executive Chef – Casual Dining – PF Changs

Responsible for the entire kitchen operations.
* Ensure that all orders from the kitchen / commissaries are perpared consistently & according to standard recipes.
* Organize & set-up the kitchen / commissary as efficiently as possible to increase speed & maximize productivity.
* Check daily all storage areas & keep the orders to par or accordance tot he volume of business.
* Ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Hotel management or equivalent qualification.
* You will have at least 2-4 years experience in high casual, high volume restaurants, ideally from USA, UK and with reputable brand names.
* You will have sound knowledge of stock management, operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and menu design.
* Excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards at all times
* People management and development is key
* Strong commercial and profit orientation is a must
* The ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, fun packed environment and remain calm at all times.
