Job description / Role
The ideal candidate has to supervise the operations of the account and finance department whilst playing an important role in budget management, cash flow management, cost benefit analysis, risk management and forecasting needs.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of the books
• Reporting to management
• Manage the accounting and financial operations of the company and its key associates
• Auditing
• Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues
• Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategies
• Mentor and develop an efficient finance/account team
• Providing strategic advises on business development and business plan
• Analyze and interpret business requirements and to develop appropriate systems and solutions.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of development of project budgets and projections
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing and prioritizing work assignments.
