Job description / Role
Our client is a leading real estate developer is looking to hire a General Manager in Bahrain Office.
Responsibilities include:
• Existing residential real estate portfolio ensuring that the existing assets are fully utilised and return on capital investment
• Accountable for P&L, maximise occupancy and profitability across existing portfolio
• Proactively identify new opportunities in the market and oversee feasibility for new development projects across residential and some commercial
• Manage the overall operational team within the real estate group
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Negotiate all business & operational issues in land building leases
• Leasing strategies for new developments
Requirements
• Strong technical background across facilities and property management
• Bachelors degree in the relevant field
• Has overseen a real estate portfolio of mixed use assets from design, development, delivery, facilities management and
asset management
• GCC experience is a must.
• Proven track record of consistently delivering financial performance of an existing portfolio of real estate assets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
