Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading restaurant group in Bahrain who is looking to hire a Group Executive Chef to oversee their current restaurants and expansion plans across multiple brands and cuisines.

To be considered for this role you will have experience in a multi-site, multi-brand role. Ideally having progressed in your career to the level of Executive or Group Executive Chef you will still have a passion to cook and be in the kitchen. You will also have experience in compiling and standardising recipes and preparation methods.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years experience and preferably be working as a Group Executive Chef in your current role. This position really needs someone that has great team spirit and leadership skills, an innovative contributor to each restaurant in the group.

As the cuisines across the group vary, preference will be given to individuals with experience across multiple cuisines, such as Asian, Mediterranean, Italian and Arabic.
