HR Assistant

Job description / Role

- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Designs filing systems and ensures that these systems are up to date.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
- assisting with employee relations.
- assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative

Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years experience in HR

Specialist knowledge:
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
