Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE: To organise the HRM department to ensure the needed services for the company and for all employees and managers of the company in all phases of the employment circle.

Primary Performance areas:
- Draft and communicate HR policies and make sure it’s been followed and everyone is updated.
- Advising the manager in new hire with a well based & motivated advice.
- Finding the right candidate for vacant position.
- Taking action to improve level of employee satisfaction as there are organizing of events.
- Responsible that all employees have legal documents to live and work in the countries where they are deployed (RP, CPR, drivers license,….) with the view of safeguarding the employees as well as the company.
- Solving Individual employee problem with the highest integrity.
- Preparing financial offer for selected candidate
- Coordinating the evaluation process for the company
- Documenting and following promised employees trajectories: Documents are available and trajectories are executed.
- Trying to solve conflict.
- Handling payroll calculations of lower staff, preparing pay slips and explaining pay slips to employees when questions.

Requirements

- Minimum of bachelor degree in business or related area
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading & Understanding) and Arabic
- Knowledge of HR related issues and laws on expatriates in Bahrain
