Leading Property Developer has an excellent opportunity for a on Site Project Manager/Interior Contract Supervisor.
Job Purpose
- Plan, design, and furnish interiors of quality Homes.
- Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, and improving life style
Specific Duties:
- Purchasing all the relevant materials at the best price
- Coordinating Logistics
- Make certain for the comprehensive and accurate delivery of designs and technical information within schedule.
- Drafting and Finalization of detailed drawings
- Decide procedure and instruction for application according to design specifications and quantity of needed materials.
- Integrate engineering element into unified design.
- Familiar with building code standards, by laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and its effect on architectural design.
- Provide multiple ideas and concept for interior designing projects
Requirements
- Applicants must have previously worked as an Interior Contractor
- Must have experience of managing on site projects
- Must have experience of working with suppliers and contractors
- A proficient level of knowledge regarding architectural production standards, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction.
- Proficient level of experience and ability in the use of AutoCad, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Package on Offer is around BD.800-1200 per month range + Benefits + Performance related incentives.
