IT Support Analyst - Bahraini National

Job description / Role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall health & smooth running of computer systems' infrastructure for their users in the Middle East.

Description

* Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
* Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
* Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
* Working with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and Application issues.
* Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure incidents and Application errors.
* Providing IT infrastructure support for and taking part in the roll-out of new Applications.
* Maintaining the location specific part of the Active Directory.

Requirements

* 4-6 years of work experience in the field of IT Infrastructure. Global/Regional IT Support experience is preferred.
* ITIL and Networking certifications would be a plus.
* Must be Bahrain national due to Nationalisation.
