Employment: Full Time

The Legal Manager will be responsible for the provision of legal advice and services to the Bank, its subsidies and projects.

Client Details

• Work for an Investment Group that holds Multi-Billion Dollar equities within a diversified commercial portfolio which has just reported it's highest ever net profit figures

Description

• Manage the day to day operations and assisting the business with respect to all legal issues in the investment management space
• Provide legal input on the launch of new products and structuring of private investment vehicles, and private funds
• Negotiate and draft documents, sub advisory agreements, RFP's, and distribution agreements
• Resolve policy and procedure in coordination with outside counsel and committees
• Special projects on ad hoc basis

Requirements

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria

• 2-5 years post qualifying experience within Private Practice and in-house - with particular involvement in the Investment/Banking industry
• Bachelor of Laws from a renowned international University
• Arabic speaking, reading and writing (preference, not a must)
