Marketing Specialist

Job description / Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Create and manage content for our website and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support the sales process.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
