Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position is for Bahrain only

Outsourced position through the banks approved vendor.

Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage day to day application support activities which include providing support (technical) for front to middle office applications running Murex.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Work with traders and other stakeholders to document requirements
• Suggest solutions to meet business and IT requirements
• Communicate requirements to vendors and developers
• Business users / stakeholder managements, problem resolution, troubleshooting to ensure high availability of the services
• Support business and IT on the existing configurations: Business analysis, follow up of encountered issues, test and validation,Bugs analysis and solutions implementation
• Conduct and/or supervise testing of systems and interfaces
• Datamart, market data import, static data configuration, pre-trade rules, E-trade
• Trade pad, simulation views, P&L, trade contribution, reports, monitoring Eod steps,
datamart purge
• Assist in data migration and implementation
• Provide training to IT and Business teams
• Strong hands-on working experience on Murex configuration and environment management, including release, packaging and deployment.
• Strong Murex experience on MurexMreports, MXML exchange, Datamart feeders, user interface and EOD configuration
• Experience of Murex application and configuration deployment
• Broad work experience with business processes, functional design, requirements, configuration, customization, implementation and support with Murex
• Good understanding of FO/MO/BO & Risk Management processes in Murex.

BSC/PGDM - Any Specialization
