Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager on behalf of a newly formed entity in Bahrain that is looking to revolutionise FinTech across the kingdom and the wider Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting venture at growth stage and be a central figure in making a difference. This role reports to the CEO and has total responsibility to manage all operations including call centres, kiosks, development, network uptime, cash collection, dispute management and third party management.
Applications are sought from those with at least 10 years of experience in operations management which has to be from within the financial services domain. You must have knowledge of international accounting standards, general management knowledge and ideally heavy experience in dealing with strict government legislation. You will have a Bachelors Degree and an excellent command of the English language.
