Job description / Role
A sports media promotion company in Bahrain is looking for a self-driven individual to support the CEO and COO. Looking for a candidate who is focused, hard-working and happy to turn their hand to anything and everything. The role may be varied at times and you will need to adapt quickly. You must be happy to work under pressure, used to working to strict deadlines and ever-changing schedules. You will provide support across several departments but predominately will be providing support to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Extensive diary management and coordination of meetings and calls over several time zones, ever-changing diaries
• Worldwide travel arrangements, visa requirements and schedules, book transport and accommodation
• Mail management
• Personal administration if required
• Minute taking
• Any other responsibilities as and when required
Skills:
• Fluent in written and verbal English. Arabic an advantage
• Microsoft office application
• Preferably to start immediately.
Job Type:
• Full-time
• Please specify and subjecting the post you appalling.
• Salary starting from BHD 300 - 500 as per your experience and upon performance after probation period
